How is this information Used?
This information is used to create the content that is viewed by all users of the service. The state a user is from is used as an initial value when the ‘Search’ page is viewed. If a user is signed up as a track, the address is displayed for riders to find and navigate to. Phone numbers are used to validate accounts and reset passwords if forgotten.

How do we share this Information?
Information you post is public and can be viewed by anyone, even if they haven’t registered an account. Users should take this into account as their posts or comments can be screenshot and shared on any other platform. Users can share photos of you in their posts, report this photo and it will no longer be visible. In the event that ownership changes, the information is transferred to the new owner. If information is requested by a legal request or Law Enforcement, it will be shared.

How can my Information be Deleted?
Information will be stored until it is requested to be deleted unless legal retention is needed. To request information deleted, visit the ‘Contact Us’ page on imotoracing.com. You will get a response requesting a government-issued ID for verification purposes, and we will delete your information within 30 days unless retention from Law Enforcement or a legal request is needed.

How do we prevent harm or handle Legal Requests?
We share information with Law Enforcement, Regulators, and Others for Legal Requests and when we believe it is needed to prevent and address violations of the Terms of Service or illegal activity. We also retain and share information to protect you and us from injury or to prevent death.

How do we notify you when changes are made to this Privacy Policy?
Users will be notified and allowed the opportunity to view changes to the Policy before continuing to use the product.
